It is narrated from Imam Jafar Sadiq (a.s) that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said, "One who swallows his spit out of respect of mosque Allah makes his mouth the cause of safety of his body and no harm would be caused to his body."
Imam Jafar Sadiq says, " One who does not spit in Mosque and swallows it, would soon be cured of the disease from which he is suffering."

A Mosque is the house of Allah, it is a place for Muslims to Worship Allah we should respect mosques a lot the above hadith give us the lesson to give repect to Mosques. We should follow some rules while we are in the Mosque area like when entering a Mosque we should place the right foot first and we should sit wherever finds a place , it is not good to go to the front by jumping over the shoulders of others.
The holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said” when any of you enters a Mosque, he should not sit till he has observed two raka’as of prayer” [Bukhari, Muslim]
